I/We wish to register my/our Expression of Interest in a Residential Holiday Apartment in “Tivoli Holiday Village", Sector-5, Dharuhera, Haryana, on "First Come First Serve Basis", to be developed by "T.G. Buildwell Private Limited" which is already fully approved & notified by the Government of Haryana and which shall be subject to detailed terms and conditions to be finalized by "T.G. Buildwell Private Limited".

I/We would like to opt for Down Payment / Construction Payment Plan (Tick One)

I/We hereby remit a sum of Rs (Rupees Only)

vide Cheque/Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order No's dated

drawn on   in favour

of " T. G.Buildwell Private Limited" as the advance registration amount.

I/We have clearly understood that this application doesn't constitute any offer of Registration of Expression of Interest or definitive allotment or any agreement to Sell and I/We don't become entitled to the provisional and/or final allotment of a Apartment not withstanding the fact that T.G.Buildwell Private Limited may have issued a receipt(s) in my/our by me/us to T.G.Buildwell Private Limited with the application.

I/We agree that the Expression of Interest in the Residential Apartment shall become definitive only after execution of all agreements by T.G.Buildwell Private Limited in its standard format, details of which were seen and accepted by us.

I/We agree to execute all the detailed terms of allotment, Apartment Buyers' Agreement, and other Agreement at the instance of T.G.Buildwell Private Limited in its standard format for allotment of the Residential Apartment and I/we further to strictly adhere to all the terms and Conditions to be stipulated by T.G.Buildwell Private Limited at its sole discretion from time to time as well as the Payment Plan for payment of sale price in terms thereof

I/We agree that the registration of Expression of Interest and subsequent allotment of Apartment is at the sole discretion of T.G.Buildwell Private Limited and in case the apartment is not allotted to me/us for any reason whatsoever, I/We shall not raise any objection or claim damages or challenges the same in a court of law and amount deposited herein shall be refunded to us without any interest within 30 days from the date of notice regarding rejection of registration of Expression of Interest or Allotment of such apartment as the case maybe. . I/we further agree that in case I/we do not execute the Apartment Buyer's Agreement for purchase of the Apartment in the standard format of the said T.G.Buildwell Pvt Ltd or do not make payment of the sale consideration as per the Payment Plan attached hereunder, the said T.G.Buildwell Pvt Ltd shall be at liberty to forefeit the entire amount paid under this Application Form without being obliged to give any notice to me/us. Thereafter, I/we shall have no claim or right on the said T.G.Buildwell Pvt Ltd or in the said Project in any manner whatsoever .

Stamp duty, Registration Fee and allied charges for execution and registration of Conveyance Deed will be additionally payable before possession.

I/We the above applicant(s) do hereby declare that the above particulars given by me/us are true and correct and nothing has been concealed there from. Any allotment against this application shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Apartment Buyer's Agreement of T.G.Buildwell Pvt Ltd in its standard Format, details of which were shown & explained by T.G.Buildwell Pvt Ltd and accepted by me/us, the said terms & condition whereof shall ipso-facto be applicable to my / our legal heirs and successors. I/We undertake to inform T.G.Buildwell Pvt Ltd of any change in my/our address or in any other particular/information, given above, till the booked properly is registered in my/our name(s).
